Café The Zalm is the historic heart of the hotel.

It was completely renewed during the restoration process, but refurbished with the original furniture, including the authentic 1920's bar and genuine silver coffee filters.

Known for decades for its perfect Belgian STELLA, The café offers a wide range of Belgian beer specialities, some quite obscure, but not less tasty.

The café offers a daily menu meal at a democratic price, and a variety of snacks.
